By purchasing, registering, or using an AmbuTag™ product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Purpose of AmbuTag™

AmbuTag™ provides a platform where users can create, update, and share personal information linked to a scannable tag (“Tag”).

  • AmbuTag™ is not a medical device, emergency service, medical alert system, or health care provider.
  • Information stored or shared through AmbuTag™ is entered, controlled, and maintained solely by the user.
  • AmbuTag™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information linked to a Tag.
  • The Tag is an identification tool only, intended to help others contact or access user-supplied information.

2. User Responsibility

By using AmbuTag™, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and maintenance of your information.
  • You will keep your information up to date.
  • You understand that emergency responders, medical personnel, or others may rely on information you provide, and any errors, omissions, or outdated data may cause harm.
  • AmbuTag™ is not liable for any consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.

3. No Verification of Information

AmbuTag™ does not verify, validate, review, or certify any information entered by users.
All data is self-reported and is timestamped only to indicate the last time the user updated it.

4. Medical Disclaimer

AmbuTag™ does not replace:

  • Professional medical advice
  • Official medical identification
  • Emergency response procedures

Carrying an AmbuTag™ does not guarantee that first responders will scan it, access it, or rely on its content.

You should always:

  • Carry official identification
  • Inform relevant medical professionals about any critical medical details
  • Not rely solely on an AmbuTag™ for emergency communication

5. Subscriptions & Renewals

  • Each new AmbuTag™ purchase includes one (1) year of platform access at no additional charge.
  • Continued access requires an active subscription billed annually.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a renewal period begins.
  • If a subscription expires, the Tag may remain visible, but certain features may be restricted until renewal.
