AmbuTag™ Retail Partner Agreement
Welcome to the AmbuTag™ Retail Partner Program.
By enrolling as a Retail Partner, you agree to the terms outlined below.
This agreement is designed to be simple, fair, and easy for retailers of any size.
1. Purpose of the Program
The AmbuTag™ Retail Partner Program allows your business (“Retailer”) to sell AmbuTag™ products and provide registration assistance to customers. This agreement outlines the responsibilities of both parties and ensures a consistent customer experience.
2. Retailer Responsibilities
By participating, the Retailer agrees to:
2.1 Product Display
- Display AmbuTag™ products in a clean, visible, and professional manner.
- Keep the display materials supplied by AmbuTag™ in good condition.
2.2 Product Sales
- Sell AmbuTag™ products at the suggested retail price unless authorized otherwise.
- Provide customers with the included registration instructions.
- Do not copy, replicate, or modify AmbuTag™ product designs, QR codes, or branding.
2.3 Conduct
- Represent the AmbuTag™ brand accurately and respectfully.
- Not make medical claims beyond what AmbuTag™ officially supports.
3. AmbuTag™ Responsibilities
AmbuTag™ agrees to:
3.1 Supply
- Provide Retailer with inventory, signage, marketing materials, and free activation cards.
- Deliver additional inventory upon order and payment.
3.2 Support
- Provide customer support for product registration or account issues.
- Supply updated promotional materials when available.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Retailer purchases AmbuTag™ products at the wholesale price.
- Retailer sells products at the suggested retail price unless granted written permission.
- All sales are final unless the product is defective.
5. Use of Branding
Retailer is permitted to use the AmbuTag™ logo, product images, and marketing materials only for the purpose of promoting and selling AmbuTag™ products.
Unauthorized reproduction of trademarks, QR codes, or system elements is prohibited.
6. Term & Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice.
- Upon termination, the Retailer may sell remaining inventory but must discontinue use of promotional materials and branding.
7. Liability
AmbuTag™ is not responsible for:
- Losses incurred through misuse of the product
- Improper display, storage, or handling
- Misrepresentation by Retailer
AmbuTag™ provides no medical or diagnostic service. It is an information-access system only.
8. Acceptance
By submitting the Retail Partner registration form, creating a Retail Partner account, or selling AmbuTag™ products, the Retailer acknowledges and agrees to all terms of this agreement.
