AmbuTag™ is a emergency ID system that links a physical tag to an online profile. In an emergency, first responders can scan the QR code to view critical medical information such as allergies, conditions, and emergency contacts.

Can people find my medical information by searching my name?

No. AmbuTag™ profiles are not searchable by name, date of birth, or condition. Only someone with your unique AmbuTag™ number (the QR/URL) can open your profile.

Is the site secure?

Yes. AmbuTag™ uses HTTPS/TLS for all connections, secure cookies, and server-level protections to keep your data safe. Individual AmbuTag™ pages are marked noindex and not included in public search results.

How do I register my AmbuTag™?

Simply scan the QR code on your tag or visit the registration page on our website. Enter your medical details, emergency contact information, and email address to create your secure profile.

What if I lose my card or bracelet?

You can report it as lost in your AmbuTag™ account; the profile can be disabled to prevent public access.

Do I need an account to use AmbuTag™?

No. An account is automatically created for you when you register a tag. You’ll receive a “magic link” by email that allows you to log in and update your information anytime.

Who can see my information?

Your AmbuTag™ profile is only visible when someone scans your tag. This ensures that your sensitive information is private but available in emergencies.

Can I update my information later?

Yes. You can log in with your email link at any time to update medical conditions, emergency contacts, or other important details.

Is my information secure?

Yes. All information is stored securely on our servers. You control what information is added and can update or delete it at any time. AmbuTag™ does not share your data with third parties.

Do I need to install an app?

Nope. Simply scan the QR code with your phone camera—instantly opens the finder form. Super frictionless, no downloads required.

What happens if I lose my AmbuTag™?

If your tag is lost, you can log into your account and deactivate it. You can then register a replacement tag with your existing information.

Do I need to pay for updates?

No. Once your AmbuTag™ is registered, you can update your information as often as needed at no extra cost.

Can I register multiple tags under one account?

Yes. You can manage multiple AmbuTags™ (for yourself, family members, or dependents) under a single login email.

What if a first responder doesn’t have a QR scanner?

Most smartphones have built-in QR readers in the camera app. If QR isn’t available, each AmbuTag™ also includes a short web link that can be typed manually.
